These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and NS999 ("we", "us", "our", "NS999") governing your use of the NS999 website, mobile platform, and all associated products and services accessible at ns999.ws.
By registering an account on NS999, accessing the platform, placing a bet, playing any game, making a deposit or withdrawal, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the NS999 registration process.
NS999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, NS999 will notify registered players through the platform or by email. Continued use of NS999 after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.
These Terms should be read alongside the NS999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and NS999.
To register and use NS999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. NS999 strictly prohibits access to players under 18 and takes age verification seriously.
- You must be a human individual — corporate entities, bots, scripts, and automated systems are not permitted to register NS999 accounts.
- You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prohibit you from using online betting or gaming services.
- You must not be acting as an agent or nominee for any other individual — each NS999 account must be held in the name of the person actually using it.
- You must not have had a previous NS999 account terminated for breach of these Terms.
NS999 reserves the right to request documentation to verify age and identity at any time. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification acceptable in Pakistan. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending the provision of satisfactory documentation.
Each player may hold only one NS999 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether in your own name, under different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. NS999 uses automated and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts and will close any identified duplicates, forfeiting any balances held.
When registering with NS999, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. NS999 is not responsible for any consequences arising from you providing incorrect registration information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your NS999 account password and PIN. NS999 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must notify NS999 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
NS999 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate password security. All activity conducted through your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified NS999 of a security breach and NS999 has taken action to secure the account.
Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your NS999 account — is prohibited and may result in account termination.
All NS999 transactions — deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). NS999 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider's own transfer limits and terms may apply.
NS999 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. NS999 reserves the right to adjust these minimums with notice to players.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. NS999 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take several hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. NS999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
All funds deposited with NS999 must be your own money from a payment account registered in your own name. NS999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder. Any such deposits may be returned and the associated account reviewed.
NS999 reserves the right to perform additional verification before processing large withdrawals. This may require submission of identity documents to confirm the account holder's identity and the source of funds. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and is not unusual or a cause for concern for legitimate players.
All bets placed on NS999 are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or market. By placing a bet you confirm you accept the odds and terms displayed at the time of placement.
Bet acceptance: NS999 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where bet limits are reached, where a pricing error has occurred, or where there is reason to suspect unusual betting patterns.
Odds and pricing: Odds are displayed in decimal format on NS999 and represent the total return per unit stake (including the original stake). In-play odds change continuously — bets are confirmed at the odds displayed when the bet is accepted, not when the bet slip is opened. NS999 is not responsible for changes in odds between the time you view a market and the time your bet is placed.
Void bets: A bet may be declared void by NS999 in the following circumstances:
- The event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the settlement timeframe defined for that market.
- The bet was placed based on an obvious pricing error (a price clearly inconsistent with market conditions at the time).
- The event or market does not meet the conditions required for settlement (for example, insufficient overs played in cricket under rain rules below the DLS minimum).
- NS999 determines the bet was placed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your NS999 balance in full.
Cricket-specific settlement: For cricket matches on NS999, rain-affected matches where the DLS minimum overs threshold has not been met result in all pre-match bets being voided and stakes returned. Where a DLS result is reached after the minimum threshold, bets settle on the official result. In-play bets already settled before abandonment stand as originally settled.
Settlement timing: NS999 aims to settle all bets as soon as the official result is confirmed by the relevant governing body or data provider. Settlement times vary by sport and event. If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled, contact NS999 support within 72 hours of settlement.
NS999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, subject to the specific terms attached to each offer. All bonus terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming any offer.
Welcome Bonus: New NS999 players are eligible to receive a 200% match bonus on their first deposit up to Rs 50,000. This means a deposit of Rs 1,000 results in a total balance of Rs 3,000 (Rs 1,000 deposit + Rs 2,000 bonus). The welcome bonus is credited automatically — no promo code is required.
Wagering requirements: All NS999 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The standard wagering requirement is that the combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times (as specified in the individual bonus terms) before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. The specific multiplier for each NS999 promotion is stated on the promotion page.
General bonus conditions applicable to all NS999 promotions:
- Bonuses are non-transferable and can only be used on the NS999 account they are credited to.
- Only one bonus can be active at a time unless NS999 expressly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
- NS999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time with or without notice.
- Bonuses that appear to have been claimed through abuse of NS999 promotions — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — may be forfeited and the account reviewed.
- Free bets and bonus funds expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
- Certain NS999 games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Check specific promotion terms for contribution rates by game type.
NS999 is committed to providing a fair and transparent betting and gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, bet settlement review, forfeiture of balance, and a permanent ban from NS999:
- Match fixing or use of inside information: Placing bets based on information not publicly available — including advance knowledge of match outcomes, team selection changes not yet officially announced, or any form of inside information — is strictly prohibited on NS999 and may constitute a criminal offence.
- Arbitrage and syndicates: Systematic arbitrage betting designed to exploit discrepancies between NS999 odds and other platforms, or betting as part of an organised syndicate using shared accounts or coordinated strategies, is prohibited.
- Bot and automated betting: The use of any software, script, bot, crawler, or automated system to access NS999, scrape data, place bets, or interact with any NS999 feature is strictly prohibited.
- Multiple accounts and bonus abuse: Creating multiple NS999 accounts or systematically claiming bonuses through abuse of the promotion system is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and related winnings.
- Fraudulent payments: Depositing using fraudulent payment credentials, stolen cards, or payment accounts not belonging to you is a serious offence that NS999 will report to the relevant authorities.
- Collusion: In poker and other multiplayer games, colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited on NS999.
NS999 employs automated systems and human review to detect prohibited conduct. If NS999 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach, accounts may be suspended pending investigation. NS999 reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals during an active investigation.
Each game category on NS999 is governed by these Terms and additionally by the specific rules applicable to that game. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game.
Cricket and Sports Betting: All sports bets on NS999 are governed by the settling rules described in Section 5. Cricket-specific rules cover format-by-format (Test, ODI, T20) settlement conditions including rain rules, DLS applications, and the treatment of Super Overs. Aviator: The NS999 Aviator game uses a provably fair algorithm — the round outcome is determined before each round begins and can be independently verified by players. Each round is independent; previous round outcomes have no bearing on future results. The game has a published RTP figure which applies over a large number of rounds.
Fishing Games: NS999 fishing arcade games use independently certified RNG systems to determine fish health values, kill outcomes, and boss spawn patterns. In the event of a disconnection during a fishing game session, any bullets already fired and outcomes already determined will stand as settled. NS999 is not responsible for losses caused by disconnection events outside our control.
Poker: The NS999 poker room operates under standard Texas Hold'em and Omaha rules. Table etiquette rules, chip handling procedures, and tournament rules are published within the NS999 poker section and must be read before participating. Any suspected collusion in poker is subject to the fair play provisions of Section 7.
Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system outage, or data feed failure that materially affects the conduct or result of a game or sporting event, NS999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. NS999 will communicate the reason for any such action to affected players.
NS999 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their activity and stay in control. These tools are accessible from your NS999 account settings at any time and include:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your NS999 account. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.
- Session time reminders: Configure NS999 to remind you of your session duration at intervals you choose.
- Reality checks: NS999 can display a summary of your activity — time played and net balance change — at regular intervals during a session.
- Self-exclusion: If you feel you need a break from NS999, self-exclusion allows you to suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 6 weeks) or permanently. During self-exclusion, NS999 will not send marketing communications to your account.

Gambling should always be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. NS999 urges all players to set a clear budget, never bet money they cannot afford to lose, and to stop when gambling stops being fun.
NS999 collects and processes personal data in connection with your registration and use of the platform. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, your rights in relation to that data, and how it is protected are all described in detail in the NS999 Privacy Policy.
By registering with NS999, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. Key points include:
- All NS999 accounts and transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
- NS999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Your data is processed by NS999 for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- You have the right to request a copy of your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of your account and associated data subject to legal retention requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NS999 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including:
- Losses arising from betting outcomes — NS999 provides a fair platform but cannot guarantee any particular result for any player.
- Losses arising from technical issues, service interruptions, or connectivity problems outside NS999's direct control, including mobile network outages, power failures, or third-party service failures.
- Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or termination for breach.
- Any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, loss of profits, or loss of anticipated savings.
Nothing in these Terms limits NS999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by NS999's negligence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Pakistan.
The NS999 platform is provided "as is" and NS999 makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. NS999 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
You may close your NS999 account at any time by contacting support at support@ns999.ws. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deducting any non-withdrawable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.
NS999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct described in Section 7.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Attempting to defraud NS999 or other players on the platform.
- Using a payment method that does not belong to you.
- Any action that NS999 reasonably believes constitutes illegal activity.
- At the request of a responsible gaming self-exclusion.
Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, NS999 may retain any balance associated with bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity. Deposits made from legitimately held payment accounts will be returned in most circumstances, subject to any legal holds required by applicable regulations.
NS999 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to the Terms — including changes that significantly affect player rights, bonus terms, payment procedures, or game rules — NS999 will provide notice through one or more of the following channels:
- A notification displayed on the NS999 platform when you next log in.
- An email to the address registered to your NS999 account.
- An updated "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this Terms and Conditions page.
It is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes to these Terms. By continuing to use NS999 after notification of changes, you confirm acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the changes take effect.
Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a term, or updates to reflect new payment methods — may be made without specific notification.
